Minister for Foreign Affairs Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, a former student of Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC‑Legon), presented the school’s nine‑time National Science and Maths Quiz champions with MacBooks, cash and a holiday treat during a visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday, September 12.

Ablakwa, who described the visit as part of the Ministry’s “Odade3 tradition” of supporting PRESEC, handed the trophy to the champions and donated laptops to the teaching staff in line with their wishes.

In a Facebook post, he noted that the school’s historic title “extends the school’s record as the competition’s most successful institution.” He also announced that a special NSMQ bus would be delivered to PRESEC in December.

“May God continue to bless our Odade3 qualities of hard work, sacrifice, perseverance, integrity and commitment to excellence,” Ablakwa added, praising the champions for embodying those values.
