Kumasi‑based business mogul Evans Oppong was named the Most Outstanding Personality in Consumer Goods Distribution at the Ashanti Business Merit Awards (ABMA) held on Friday.
Oppong, who serves as chief executive officer of the E‑One Trading business umbrella, has built the firm into a household name in Ghana’s consumer goods distribution sector, supplying wholesalers and retailers nationwide with a reputation for professionalism, reliability and integrity.
The ABMA recognises the contributions of large‑ and small‑scale businesses and their owners within the Ashanti Region, particularly those that provide exceptional services to consumers, contribute to the local economy and uphold industry standards.
