Jobs.com.gh, the newly rebranded name for the former GhanaCareers platform, has announced a strategic shift to put employers at the centre of its digital recruitment marketplace. The move comes as the company seeks to simplify the hiring process for businesses ranging from small enterprises to large corporations, NGOs and educational institutions.

Through its Employers Page, organisations can register, post vacancies and reach candidates across a wide array of professional and occupational categories. The platform is not limited to big firms; it aims to become a vital tool for SMEs, start‑ups and other organisations that may lack extensive internal recruitment teams.

Recruitment agencies are also positioned as key partners in the ecosystem. Co‑founder Peter Mensah explained that the platform will allow agencies to advertise positions they are handling on behalf of clients, while still offering a direct channel for employers who prefer to recruit themselves.

“Recruitment agencies are important participants in the employment market,” Mensah said. “If an agency has been engaged to find candidates for an employer, Jobs.com.gh should help that agency reach more potential applicants. If an employer prefers to recruit directly for some roles, the same platform should also be available to them.”

The new identity reflects a broader ambition to serve candidates beyond traditional office roles. Jobs.com.gh plans to increase access to vacancies in construction, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, retail, security, transportation and other high‑employment sectors, recognising the growing reach of smartphone‑based job searches across Ghana.

Management believes that a simpler, nationally recognisable brand will be crucial as the digital employment market expands. The platform’s goal is not merely to publish more vacancies but to become a practical recruitment tool that organisations can return to whenever they need talent.

With the rebrand, Jobs.com.gh aims to offer a marketplace that balances reach, credibility and time‑saving processes, positioning itself as a central hub for both employers and recruitment agencies in Ghana’s evolving hiring landscape.
