Coronation Insurance Ghana Limited announced that Bridget Puorideme will assume the role of Acting Head of Sales and Distribution effective 1 September 2026. The appointment follows the company’s decision to strengthen its commercial leadership amid a push to broaden market coverage and deepen its retail and corporate footprint across the country.
Ms. Puorideme brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance sector, having joined Coronation in 2010 as a Branch Executive. She advanced through a series of senior roles, most notably as Regional Manager for the Kumasi and Northern Business, where she transformed the Kumasi operation into the company’s highest‑performing Retail Strategic Business Unit.
Her academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, a Bachelor of Education, and she is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana. Her expertise spans sales leadership, business development, team building, regional operations, and the strategic integration of digital and traditional distribution channels.
Executive Management highlighted Ms. Puorideme’s 16‑year track record of delivering measurable commercial results and expressed full confidence in her leadership. The move is seen as a key step in accelerating Coronation Insurance Ghana’s market expansion and delivering innovative, customer‑centric solutions nationwide.
With her new mandate, Ms. Puorideme will provide strategic leadership for the company’s national sales and distribution operations, driving sustainable commercial growth and strengthening market coverage.
