The Ghana Education Service (GES) has instructed heads of Senior High Schools (SHS) and Senior High Technical Schools (SHTS) to prepare for the arrival of EduPack packages, which will be distributed by Prospectus Ghana Ltd. from August 1 to September 10, 2026.
The move aims to ease students’ load by reducing the need to carry bulky personal items and to curb bedbug infestations linked to items brought from home into school environments.
In a directive to all Regional Directors of Education, GES asked them to immediately inform school heads in their regions about the arrangement. Heads of schools have been told to remain ready to receive the packages and to cooperate with Prospectus representatives to ensure a smooth distribution exercise.

The GES said it expects full cooperation and support from school authorities to guarantee the success of the initiative.
For further enquiries, GES has provided the contact numbers 0507000753 and 0500600607.
