OmniBSIC Bank has shifted its Dome branch to a larger, more modern building in Accra, a move intended to enhance customer experience and solidify the bank’s footprint in the Dome enclave.
The new premises were formally opened by Theodore Takyi, Branch Manager of OmniBSIC’s Airport Branch, in a ceremony that drew bank executives, staff, customers and community leaders, including Evelyn Abena Sebie, Queenmother of Dome Market.
Mr Takyi said the relocation was a step toward making the Dome branch a “star branch” within the OmniBSIC network, emphasizing higher service standards and quicker turnaround times for customers.
Emmanuel Ashley, the Dome Branch Manager, noted that the move was not a new branch but a new building, stressing the bank’s continued commitment to customer‑first service and business growth.
Hannah Esi Dadzie, Accra North Zonal Manager, explained that the move is part of a broader strategy to expand OmniBSIC’s presence in Dome and surrounding communities, citing the area’s untapped opportunities.
Queenmother Sebie highlighted the bank’s long‑standing relationship with the Dome community, recalling her family’s two‑decade association with OmniBSIC and praising the institution’s support during her father’s passing.
With the new facility now fully operational, OmniBSIC Bank offers expanded space and an upgraded banking environment, continuing its nationwide push to deliver reliable, customer‑focused services across Ghana.
