The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced that nominations for its 2026 Constituency Executive Elections will open on Tuesday, 15 September 2026. The party’s National Secretariat said the move follows the timetable it released earlier this month.

All aspirants, proposers, seconders and endorsers must be members in good standing and have paid their membership dues for the previous four years. Those with outstanding dues are directed to clear them via 92025# or the party’s website before filing.

Nomination forms will be submitted exclusively through the NDC’s online portal, forms.ghanandc.com, using mobile money across all networks. The party has also opened the campaigning window for its internal elections at the constituency, regional and national levels, though it clarified that the window does not apply to members pursuing parliamentary ambitions.

Regional and constituency officers, as well as ward coordinators, have been instructed to allow campaign activities within their jurisdictions. The National Secretariat warned that any breach of the party’s rules will be dealt with accordingly.

Members are urged to conduct themselves with discipline and respect for the party’s democratic values, ensuring a transparent, peaceful and orderly electoral process.
