MTN Ghana has announced that Thursday 10 December 2026 will be the interim dividend payment date for its third quarter of 2026. The declaration was made in the company’s 3rd Quarter Financial Report and will be paid electronically to shareholders’ bank accounts or mobile money wallets.
The Board declared a gross interim dividend of GH¢0.03 per share for the quarter ending 30 September 2026, subject to applicable taxes. The number of ordinary shares in issue at the time of declaration was 13,236,175,050.
Shareholders recorded in Scancom PLC’s books on Thursday 26 November 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The ex‑dividend date was set as Tuesday 24 November 2026, meaning investors who purchase MTNGH shares before that date are entitled to the payment, while those buying on or after 26 November will not.
MTN Ghana posted a profit of GH¢7.7 billion in the third quarter of 2026, a 42.0% increase over the same period in 2025.
