November represents a decisive moment in the annual performance cycle for organisations across Ghana. With only two months remaining in 2026, chief executive officers must intensify their focus on delivering strategic commitments, closing performance gaps and ensuring that resources are directed toward the results that matter most.
Year‑end performance does not improve through pressure alone. It requires clear priorities, timely decisions, executive ownership and consistent monitoring of progress. The CEO must create the urgency and discipline needed to move the organisation from intention to measurable results.
Key actions for CEOs include convening the executive team to review the year‑end performance position, identifying the three to five most important results that must be achieved before December 31, and ensuring that every critical commitment has a responsible executive and a measurable outcome. The final two months can significantly influence an organisation’s annual results, stakeholder confidence and readiness for the next financial year.
When a CEO establishes clear priorities and reinforces accountability, the organisation is better positioned to finish the year with discipline and purpose.
