Jenius Mark Launches TMITS: A New Model for African Marketing IP

Accra, Sept. 26, 2026 – Jenius Mark, a Ghanaian marketing and growth partner, has unveiled TMITS (The Mall Is The Stadium), a fan‑zone concept that re‑imagines retail spaces as match‑day venues. The pilot ran for 39 days across six Accra malls during the FIFA World Cup 2026, drawing more than 250,000 fan engagements and featuring sponsors such as 1xBet, GCB Bank, UMB, DStv/MultiChoice and Decathlon.

Founder and CEO Eli Daniel‑Wilson says the initiative was built without a client brief; the agency owned the concept, the data, the brand and the documentary produced from the campaign. “When you own the platform, the audience data belongs to you, and the brand grows stronger every time it runs,” Wilson explained.

TMITS showcases a shift from the traditional agency model that sells time and talent to a model that builds repeatable, portable formats. The format can be adapted to new cities and tournaments, turning any mall into a stadium and allowing the business to scale beyond a single market. Investors, Wilson notes, are more attracted to firms whose value rests on assets with audiences, data, recurring sponsorship and a clear path to new markets.

Wilson urges African marketing leaders to dedicate resources to building their own properties, protect their IP in contracts, think in formats rather than one‑off campaigns, and treat data and content as assets that can compound over time. “If we keep selling hours, we will stay small. If we start owning IP, we can build the continent’s next great media and experience companies,” he said.

Jenius Mark’s TMITS is only the beginning of what the agency hopes to become a leading platform for owning African culture’s commercial value.
