The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) summoned former Deputy Attorney‑General Joseph Dindiok Kpemka on Thursday, 10 September 2026, to discuss his past dealings with the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST). After questioning, Kpemka was granted bail and is no longer in EOCO custody.
EOCO has not released an official statement, but sources close to the matter confirmed that Kpemka was invited, questioned and released on bail. The specific allegations have not yet been disclosed.
