The Citi Business Olympics 2026 began today at 8 a.m. at the Eden Heights Sports Complex in Accra, drawing corporate teams from banking, insurance, telecommunications, oil and gas, construction and manufacturing. The event, organised annually by 97.3 Citi FM and Channel One TV, offers seven‑a‑side football, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis, swimming, table tennis, arm wrestling, tug‑of‑war, sack race, draughts, chess, scrabble, lime and spoon, and the CEO’s Challenge.
Participants will test teamwork, strategy, endurance, discipline and determination while networking beyond the office. The theme, “Bridging the Gap in Our Corporate World Through Sports,” underscores sports’ role in fostering collaboration and stronger business relationships. The day also highlights workplace wellness and work‑life balance by encouraging physical activity.

Companies are competing for medals, trophies and corporate bragging rights. The event is powered by 97.3 Citi FM, supported by Channel One TV, and sponsored by Cargill Ghana Limited, Synlab, UMB, Bethel Logistics and the venue itself.
