Swiss Group Limited, the official distributor of Jetour vehicles in Ghana, announced plans to broaden its footprint across the country. The move will see new showrooms and workshops opening in key cities as the company seeks to grow its customer base and sales.

Chief Executive Officer and Founder Dr Abdallah Farhat told Joy Business after the 2026 Jetour Expedition at Safari Valley in the Eastern Region that the expansion will bring durable vehicles, competitive prices and quality service to more Ghanaians. “We have been in the market for more than six to seven years. We are number one in marketing, we have the best cars and cheap cars and very good quality,” he said. He added that the new branches would include workshops and that the company has already served customers for almost twelve years.

Dr Farhat said Swiss Group intends to open three to four new branches in Accra, and to move into Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale. The expansion is aimed at strengthening customer relationships and providing easier access to servicing and after‑sales support.

Jetour representative David Zhao, who travelled from China to join the expedition, described Ghana as an important and growing market for the brand in Africa. He noted that customer confidence in Jetour’s products and the suitability of Ghanaian roads for the vehicles are driving the brand’s growth.

The expedition featured more than 30 Jetour vehicles, including the Dashing, X70 Plus and T2, and allowed customers to test the vehicles on a 90‑kilometre journey from Accra to Safari Valley. Participants highlighted durability and after‑sales service as key strengths.

Businessman Samuel Amponsah said his X70 Plus had served both family and business needs without fault. Customer Kojo Coffie praised the T2 for its luxury and value, noting he saved GH¢300,000 by switching brands. Abena Nyamekye, a Dashing owner, highlighted Swiss Group’s home‑service pickup as a standout service.

Swiss Group views the expedition as part of a broader customer engagement strategy as it prepares to expand its physical presence and after‑sales support across Ghana.
