The DreamOval Foundation announced the appointment of a new Board of Directors, a five‑member team that brings legal, audit, NGO management and software engineering expertise to the organisation.
Board Chair Moses Cofie, Company Secretary Dyllis Bruce‑Cathline, Non‑Executive Director Augustina Ekua Mills, Director Kofi Asamoah‑Kowri and Executive Director Afua Asiamah Adjei will steer the foundation’s strategic direction as it scales digital literacy and educational programmes.
Afua Asiamah Adjei said the new board “marks an exciting chapter” for DreamOval, adding that the multidisciplinary group will deepen the foundation’s connection with the communities it serves. Cofie emphasised the mandate to use technology as a catalyst for economic and social transformation across the continent, promising to leverage networks and partnerships to deliver measurable impact.
With the new governance structure, DreamOval is positioned to expand its programmatic footprint, strengthen partnerships and accelerate digital empowerment for the next generation of African youth.
Established in 2013, the foundation aims to equip 30 million underserved African youths with technology skills by 2063, promoting innovation, quality education and gender equality.
