Sean “Diddy” Combs was transported from the federal lockup at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey by ambulance on Saturday morning to receive treatment for a head injury, a report says.

The 56‑year‑old rapper, who is serving a 50‑month sentence for a prostitution‑related conviction, was only out of the facility for a few hours, leaving around 1 a.m. and returning before 7 a.m., the outlet reported.

It is not yet clear how the injury occurred or where the rapper was taken for treatment. The incident comes after a week of controversy, when Diddy was sanctioned by prison officials for “disruptive conduct” and stripped of 41 days of good‑conduct time, pushing his original release date from January 2028 to March of that year.

Earlier this week, the Bad Boys Records founder was in the news for alleged contraband possession, including a cell phone used to view racy material sent from an ex‑girlfriend, and for reportedly paying for massages, alcohol, special meals and cleaning services while in custody.

He was convicted in July 2025 after a two‑month trial that highlighted his alleged “freak off” sex sessions and use of male prostitutes to facilitate sexual encounters with women, including former girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

Diddy was acquitted of sex‑trafficking and racketeering charges but was found guilty of two counts of transporting to engage in prostitution. The head injury and subsequent medical evacuation add a new chapter to the rapper’s legal saga.
