FC Savannah and Epiphany Warriors sit at the top of Groups A and B in the 2026 Women’s Super Cup following the second round of games.
Savannah opened the tournament with a 1-0 victory over Fosu Royal Ladies and kept the summit of Group A after a goalless draw with Jonina Ladies on matchday two. The Northen Zone side created many chances but could not convert, missing a penalty in the encounter. Their position was confirmed when Hasaacas Ladies failed to beat Fosu Royal Ladies in the other group match.
Hasaacas, after a 1-0 win over Jonina, fought from a goal down to salvage a point against Techiman‑based Techiman Ladies in their second game.
In Group B, Epiphany Warriors continued their strong start, defeating Prisons Ladies 4-0 on matchday two. Former Hasaacas defender Akosua Sarfowaa scored a brace from two free kicks while Faustina Tiwaa also found the net. The Warriors’ win put them at the top of the table with six points, ahead of Army and Prisons Ladies who each have three.
Dreamz Ladies lost 3-1 to Army Ladies, confirming their elimination from the tournament despite still having a game to play.
The final round of group matches is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, where the top teams will vie for a place in the knockout stages.
