OmniBSIC Bank hosted its 11th annual Health Walk on Tuesday, taking a 12‑kilometre route through Legon City Mall, PRESEC Legon, Atomic Junction, Madina Zongo Junction and Ritz Junction before returning to the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
Chairperson of the Health Walk Committee, Akyaa Afreh Arhin Addo‑Kufuor, said the event has become a staple of the bank’s calendar, with participants returning each year because of the quality of activities and the attention given to safety and comfort.

“We don’t just get up and walk. We have experienced instructors, aerobics instructors, and experienced brass band people who would give us music on the way,” she added, noting the bank’s commitment to maintaining the event’s standards as participation grows.
Head of Corporate Communications, Justin Carl Arhin, highlighted the turnout and networking, saying the walk “provides opportunities for exhibitors and businesses to connect with potential customers and generate economic activity.”

Arhin added that the bank was pleased with the outcome and intends to sustain the initiative, continuing to grow in scale and participation.
OmniBSIC Bank remains committed to initiatives that promote healthy living, strengthen community relationships and create opportunities for businesses to engage with customers beyond the banking hall.
