Sean Diddy Combs’ Release Date Pushed to March 2028

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ scheduled release from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey has been moved from 21 January 2028 to 2 March 2028, according to records from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.

The 56‑year‑old rapper and music executive is now set to leave after serving a 50‑month sentence that followed a federal prostitution‑related trial.

Revised timing follows reports questioning the conditions under which Combs has been serving his term. NBC News had previously relayed claims that he had access to cooking, cleaning and massage services while incarcerated.

Other allegations, unverified, suggested that Combs used a contraband mobile phone and had access to alcohol and prescription drugs. His representative has denied that his prison life was unusually privileged, stating that he was following the rules while awaiting an appeal decision.

The change in release date reflects the BOP’s updated schedule, but no further details have been released about the reasons behind the delay.
