Petrosol Platinum Energy PLC convened a national engagement session with its dealers and business partners in Kumasi to review station performance and chart a course for future growth. The meeting, attended by senior leadership and a broad spectrum of dealers, focused on operational activities, business outcomes and the company’s strategic priorities.
Chief Executive Officer Michael Bozumbil thanked dealers for their commitment, noting that they are an integral part of the Petrosol family and that their partnership has driven the company’s expansion. He pledged to protect dealer investments amid volatile fuel prices and announced plans for major maintenance works and the replacement of fuel dispensing pumps where needed, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce service delays.
Bozumbil also urged dealers to uphold the highest operational standards, stressing that every customer interaction shapes the Petrosol brand’s reputation. Head of Marketing Philip Boamah Assampong highlighted the firm’s intent to deepen customer engagement through value‑added services and incentive packages, positioning stations as more than fuel outlets.
Petrosol’s 360‑degree stakeholder approach will use feedback from these engagements to identify gaps, develop solutions and enhance service delivery nationwide. The company reiterated its commitment to energising dreams through quality products, exceptional service and added value for customers and partners alike.
