MyJoyOnline Inducted Into CIMG Hall of Fame After Five Straight Wins

MyJoyOnline.com was formally inducted into the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) Hall of Fame after clinching the Marketing‑Oriented Online News Portal of the Year award for five consecutive years. The ceremony, held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, took place at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.

A specially designed trophy, donated by Primus, was presented to the portal to mark its recognition. The Hall of Fame category is reserved for brands that have secured their category award for five straight years, underscoring sustained performance over time.

MyJoyOnline’s induction follows a string of accolades for its work in digital journalism, public service and audience engagement. The CIMG citation highlighted the portal’s cross‑platform publishing, responsive audience engagement and coverage of critical national issues, including its “Poisoned for Gold” investigation.

The recognition reflects the role of digital journalism in bringing public‑interest issues to wider audiences and sustaining national conversations on matters of public concern. MyJoyOnline.com, the Multimedia Group’s digital news platform, publishes news, analysis and multimedia content for audiences in Ghana and abroad.

With this milestone, MyJoyOnline cements its long‑standing relationship with the marketing institute, following five consecutive wins in its category.
