Ivan Baidoo, a Level 200 law student at Central University, was struck and killed by a vehicle on the Tema Motorway on August 27, 2026. The driver is alleged to have fled the scene immediately after the collision.

Following the tragic incident, Baidoo’s family has launched a public appeal for any information that could help identify the suspect or suspects and bring them to justice. They are offering a GH¢50,000 reward for credible information that leads to the arrest and successful prosecution of the alleged culprit(s).
