Inter Milan Mount Stunning Comeback to Beat Napoli

In a dramatic turn of events at the San Siro, Inter Milan overturned a 2‑0 deficit to defeat Napoli 3‑2 on Saturday. The hosts fell behind when Napoli struck twice in the first three minutes of the second half, the second coming from a loose ball that slipped past Inter’s defence and was played to Rasmus Hojlund, who curled a shot into the far corner.

Inter’s comeback began three minutes later when Federico Dimarco’s brilliant interception of an overhit cross allowed Lautaro Martinez to tap in from close range. A few minutes after that, Marcus Thuram’s header found the back of the net, giving Inter a 2‑2 draw.

With the game still level, Martinez returned to the field to score a 90th‑minute winner, sealing a remarkable victory for the champions. The win keeps Inter unbeaten at home in Serie A since November 2025 and boosts their title‑push against Napoli, who are looking to recover after recent defeats.
