Gospel Musicians Not Above Mistakes, Noble Nketsiah Says

Noble Nketsiah, a prominent gospel musician, cautioned on TV3’s The Afternoon Show that the public should not expect gospel artists to live flawless lives simply because they sing the word of God.

Speaking on October 14, 2026, the artist explained that while their calling carries responsibilities, it does not grant immunity from human faults.

"We are not saints. We are not superhumans. We all make mistakes like every other person," Nketsiah said, citing biblical figures such as Peter and Judas to illustrate that even those close to God can falter.

He urged listeners to recognize gospel musicians as striving humans who aim to live by the messages they preach, rather than as perfect beings. Nketsiah added that acknowledging shortcomings does not excuse wrongdoing but acknowledges the humanity inherent in a divine calling.

Fans and followers are encouraged to support artists in their journey toward betterment, understanding that mistakes are part of the human experience.
