Fentuo Tahiru Fentuo has been named moderator for the first Music Meets Football Summit, set to unfold at Open Window University in Lusaka from 15 to 16 October. The two‑day gathering is organised by MOZO TV in partnership with Platinum Events Productions Africa.
The summit aims to bring together creative professionals, sports executives and other industry players to discuss synergies between the music and football sectors. On the opening day, Fentuo will lead high‑level conversations and panel discussions, while the second day will feature exhibitions, networking sessions and business‑to‑brand opportunities.
Fentuo’s appointment highlights his expanding international reputation. He has worked as a Duty Editor and Digital News Producer for the Olympic Channel Services of the IOC, and was one of only two Ghanaian broadcasters accredited to cover the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. His reporting portfolio includes more than 20 major tournaments, such as the FIFA World Cup, Africa Cup of Nations and World Athletics Championships. His work has appeared on the BBC, Ebony Magazine, Time Magazine and Netflix’s Sprint docuseries.
