Enterprise Group PLC Launches Six‑Month Mentorship Programme

Enterprise Group PLC has unveiled a six‑month, group‑wide Mentorship Programme designed to develop talent, boost leadership capacity and support the company’s long‑term sustainability goals. The initiative brings together experienced leaders from across the Group to mentor mid‑level managers, specialists and employees transitioning into new roles, providing a structured platform for knowledge transfer and cross‑functional exposure.

Positioned as a key pillar of Enterprise’s broader capacity‑building strategy, the programme complements existing development tools such as formal training, job rotations and coaching, with a strong focus on practical learning and measurable outcomes. Participants will engage in structured meetings, periodic check‑ins and a final evaluation, with insights expected to inform future talent development strategies across the Group.

Group Head of Human Resources, Mrs Eva Richter‑Addo, said that investing in people remains central to Enterprise’s growth strategy, especially in an evolving business environment. She added that the programme will also strengthen institutional knowledge, ensuring continuity and resilience across the organisation.
