Blantyre, Malawi, will host the first AfroBit Concert on 4 December 2026, marking the launch of a new pan‑African music and cultural platform that aims to unite artists and audiences across the continent.
Organised by ABC LLC, the event is part of ABC FEST, the cultural finale of the Africa Bitcoin Conference 2026. The inaugural edition will feature rappers, singers, DJs and performers from diverse African regions, showcasing the continent’s rich musical heritage and contemporary sounds.
Under the theme “Music. Culture. Freedom.”, AfroBit seeks to create a stage where African musical traditions meet, giving artists opportunities to cross borders, reach new audiences and connect with the wider entertainment industry. The organisers say the platform will grow beyond a single event, becoming a recurring gathering that encourages cultural exchange and collaboration across borders.
Following the concert, 5 December will see a football match and food festival, bringing together music, sport, African cuisine and community in a wider celebration of African creativity.
Corporate organisations, brands and institutions are invited to explore sponsorship and partnership opportunities to help establish AfroBit as a lasting platform for African music and culture. Artist announcements, ticket information and further event details will be released in the coming weeks.
